"אבא, אין כלום טעים בבית" אם רק הייתי מקבל שקל בכל פעם ששמעתי את המשפט הזה.

בוא נכין עוגיות הציעה הילה, אבל לא עם ריבה. עוגיות עם שוקולד! ביקשה.

קפצתי על ההזדמנות, בכל זאת הרגעים האלה שלי עם הבנות במטבח הם רגעי קסם. הזמן עובר, הן מתבגרות מהררר.

לא מזמן ליאור שלי עזבה את הבית ועברה לגור עם החבר. זה תופס אותך פתאום באמצע החיים. את מבין שהילדים גדלים, פורחים, עוזבים את הקן וכל מה שנשאר זה לחכות שהם יחזרו עם הנכדים שלי בע"ה ואיתם אני אכין שוב עוגיות :)


אז בינתיים, כל עוד הילה שלי בבית. בינתיים הכנו עוגיות סנדוויץ' משגעות ופריכות עם מלא מילוי של ממרח השחר.

עוגיות ממש קלות להכנה ונמסות בפה.

כמה אכלנו בסיבוב הראשון. את זה לא נגלה לכם לעולם :)

עוגיות סנדוויץ' במילוי שוקולד

מצרכים לכ-25- 30 עוגיות

100 גרם אבקת סוכר (שקית אחת)

200 גרם חמאה קרה חתוכה לקוביות (נטורינה לפרווה)

300 גרם קמח לבן רגיל (2 כוסות + 2 כפות)

קורט מלח - חובה!

כפית מחית וניל או תמצית וניל

רבע כוס חלב / מיץ תפוזים

למילוי:

ממרח שוקולד השחר


אופן ההכנה:

במיקסר או מעבד מזון מעבדים את הסוכר, החמאה, החלב והמלח עד השתלבות מלאה.

מוסיפים את הקמח וממשיכים לעבד לקבלת בצק אחיד.

תהליך של כמה שניות. לא לעבד יותר מידי אחרת תקבלו קרקרים :)

עוטפים בניילון נצמד את הבצק ומכניסים למקרר למנוחה של חצי שעה עד שעה

מוציאים את הבצק, מחלקים ל-2 חלקים שווים ומרדדים כל אחד לעלה בעובי אחד ככל האפשר

(תעזרו בקמח אם צריך)

קורצים את הצורות הרצויות, שמים לב שיש כמות כפולה מכל צורה

ובחצי מהם קורצים חור ( אפשר בעזרת צנטר חלק של קצפת)



אופים ב 180 מעלות בתנור שחומם מראש כ-10 דקות או עד שהן זהובות-בהירות וכשמרימים אותן, רואים שהתחתית נאפתה כמו שצריך וכל החמאה התייבשה.


מוציאים מהתנור ומצננים לכמה דקות.


אם בא לכם לפזר אבקת סוכר אז לפני המילוי- מפזרים אבקת סוכר על העוגיות המחוררות שאמורות להיות למעלה.


ממלאים את העוגיות בממרח שוקולד השחר, סוגרים ומעבירים לקופסה הסודית רחוק מכולם :)
