סופלקי פרגיות במחבת!

סופלקי. בתרגום חופשי. שיפוד קטן. מי מאתנו לא אוהב מנות עשירות בטעמים שגורמות לנו לחשוב על ארוחות בחופשה בים התיכון? סופלקי פרגיות הוא מנה מטבח היווני המסורתי שלא משאיר אף אחד אדיש.

את המנה הכנתי הפעם בלי מדורה ועשן ולא על האש - במטבח הביתי, במחבת! על הכיריים של סימנס שיש בהם קולט מובנה שקולט עשן וריחות.


את הסופלקי הכנתי במחבת בשיטה מיוחדת שהופכת את הפרגיות והירקות לצרובים ומלאים בטעמים (ראו בסרטון).


אז קומו להכין עכשיו ארוחה קלה, מהירה, נגישה מבלי להשקיע שעות במטבח. ולהקנות מהקסם של הטעמים היווניים אצלכם במטבח.



סופלקי פרגיות במחבת

מצרכים ל3/4 מנות:

500 גרם פרגיות עוף ללא עור חתוכות לקוביות בגודל בינוני

2 כפות תבלין גריל / על האש/ שווארמה איסטנבול

מלח / פלפל שחור

2 כפות שמן זית


להרכבה במחבת:

2 כפות שמן זית

1 בצל גדול חתוך לפרוסות

2 עגבניות חתוכות לרבעים

פלפל גמבה ירוק/ אדום חתוך לקוביות

פלפל צ'ילי ירוק / אדום חריף חתוך לטבעות

2-3 ענפי תימין


להגשה:

פיתות / טורטיות

טחינה / סלטים



אופן ההכנה:

בקערה, מערבבים את הפרגיות עם התיבול היטב.


מניחים במחבת רחב או סיר סוטאג' את הבצל, מעליו הפרגיות המתובלות, העגבניות, הפלפלים ושאר המרכיבים, מניחים על הכירים ומדליקים ללהבה גבוהה.

מבשלים בלי לגעת בסיר 5 דקות על מנת לצרוב את הבצלים. ולאחר מכן מתחילים להקפיץ ומבשלים כ-10 דקות עד שהפרגיות רכות והירקות נצרבים.

מגישים מיד חם חם על פיתות או טורטיות אפויות לצד טחינה וסלטים.
