מצרכים לכ-20 כדורים (תלוי בגודל)

כוס וחצי קמח לבן רגיל (210 גרם)

גביע יוגורט טבעי (200 גרם)

ביצה

3 כפות סוכר לבן

כף רום / ברנדי

כף תמצית / מחית וניל איכותית

שקית אבקת אפיה


לציפוי:

5 כפות סוכר

חצי כפית קינמון



אופן ההכנה:

מערבבים את כל המצרכים בקערה. חשוב מאוד להכין את התערובת ממש בסמוך לטיגון.

מעבירים את התערובת לשקית זילוף.


מחממים סיר עם שמן לחום בינוני ( רצוי 155-160 מעלות)

בעזרת השקית זילוף יוצרים כדורים ויוצקים אותם לתוך השמן בזהירות.

אפשר גם להיעזר ב-2 כפיות וליצור כדורים מושלמים.

מטגנים היטב עד הזהבה ומגישים חם מצופה בסוכר עם הקינמון.



הערות ותחליפים:

אפשר להכין גם עם קמח ללא גלוטן (כרגיל /תמי)

אפשר למלא את הכדורים בממרח שוקולד / ריבה וכד'
