קלי קלות נשבע. אפילו לא צריך לקצוץ עשבי תיבול, לכתוש שום ולהפוך את המטבח 😊

מוסיפים תיבול איטלקי של דורות ומכניסים ים של טעם בקלי קלות!

מה יש בתיבול האיטלקי? תערובת של אורגנו, בזיליקום, רוזמרין ועשבי תיבול נוספים והכל טרי וקפוא. זמין לשימוש בכל פעם שתרצו להכין מנה בניחוח איטלקי.

את המתכון המקורי באיטליה מכינים רק עם פתיתי פרמזן, לי התחשק לפנק ולשדרג עם גבינת מוצרלה שהופכת למותכת ומגרה ביותר.

2 חצילים טריים חתוכים לפרוסות

שמן להברשה

מלח / פלפל שחור

מעט תימין / רוזמרין קצוץ דק.

לרוטב:

2 כוסות מחית עגבניות או (2 כוסות מים רותחים עם 4 כפות רסק עגבניות)

5 קוביות של תיבול איטלקי של דורות

3 כפות שמן זית

מלח/ פלפל שחור


למילוי:

200 גרם גבינת מוצרלה מגורדת

50 גרם גבינת פרמזן מגורדת


עשבי תיבול טריים לקישוט: אורגנו / בזילקום / תימין

אופן ההכנה:



מתחילים בהכנת החצילים:

פורסים את החצילים לפרוסות בעובי של 1 ס"מ, מסדרים בתבנית מברישים בשמן זית, מפזרים מעל מלח, פלפל שחור ועשבי תיבול קצוצים.

אופים בתנור שחומם על 220 מעלות כ-20 דקות או עד הזהבה.


הכנת הרוטב: בקערה מערבבים את המחית עגבניות עם התיבול והשמן זית עד שמתקבלת בלילה אחידה.

מחממים תנור ל-190 מעלות.

הרכבה: שופכים את הרוטב לתבנית, מסדרים פרוסות חצילים ומפזרים מעל גבינות.

מניחים מעל פרוסות חצילים ושוב מפזרים מעל גבינות.


אופים בתנור 25 דקות או עד הזהבה (ללא כיסוי)
