אבא, מתי זה כבר מוכן!?

6735 פעמים שאתה אותי הילה את השאלה הזו ברגע שגילתה שאני מכין לחמניות דאבל שוקולד.

רק המחשבה של בצק שמרים אוורירי מפוצץ בשוקולד הטריפה את דעתה וגרמה לה לצאת מהחדר לבדוק מצב כל כמה שניות.

שסיפרתי לה שהכנסתי פנימה גם פרלין של שוקולד לבן. המצב החמיר.

לבסוף, היא גם נכוותה מהביס הלוהט שלקחה. אל תנסו את זה בבית. תנו לשוקולד הלוהט להתקרר מעט.

מה שכן כדאי שתנסו בבית, זה להכין את הלחמניות הלוהטות האלה. הם רכות כמו עננים ומזכירות כמה טעים בעולם!



לחמניות שוקולד

לבצק:

500 גרם קמח לבן מנופה

3 כפות סוכר

חצי שקית אבקת אפיה

2 כפות חומץ

כף שמרים יבשים

כפית מלח

3 כפות שמן / 50 גרם חמאה מומסת - מומלץ!

כוס מים + רבע כוס בהדרגה



למילוי:

ממרח שוקולד שאוהבים

מטבעות שוקולד


לעיטור:

ביצה עם כפית שמן

סוכריות צבעוניות או סוכר גבישי



אופן ההכנה:

בקערת המיקסר מניחים קודם את המלח, מעליו את הקמח, אבקת האפיה, השמרים והסוכר, חומץ ומים ומתחילים ללוש. ברגע שמתגבש בצק להוסיף את השמן ולהמשיך ללוש כ-10 דקות ועד שמתקבל בצק אחיד ומבריק שנפרד מהצדדים ונשארדביק לתחתית הקערה.

אם צריך להוסיף עוד מים בהדרגה.

מניחים את הבצק להתפחה של כ-40 דקות.

לאחר ההתפחה, מחלקים את הבצק ליחידות בגודל של 50 גרם כל אחד.

מגלגלים כל יחידה לצורת לחמנייה עגולה

מרדדים לעלה, ממלאים במרכז כף של ממרח שוקולד, מפזרים מעל מטבע שוקולד וסוגרים כמו בתמונות.

מניחים להתפחה נוספת כחצי שעה. לא תריך לכסות.


אופים בתנור שחומם על 200-220 מעלות כ-15 דקות או עד הזהבה.



הערות:

אפשר להמיר לקמח מלא או כוסמין מכל סוג- רק לשנות את היחסים של המים.


אפשר למלא רק במטבעות או קוביות שוקולד

ולא נורא אם ברח קצת המילוי

ניראה אש רק שאלה בתור אחת שאופה חלות לשם מה נועד החומץ והאבקת אפייה?שעשיתי את סמבוסק פיצה שלך ושמתי חומץ זה יצא יותר שחום אולי זה הכוונה?
