רוטב פיצה (מתכון לרוטב פיצה ביתי תמצאו כאן) גבינה צהובה/מוצרלה מגורדת תוספות שאוהבים כמו פרוסות של עגבניות, זיתים, פטריות, תירס, גבינת פטה ועוד.

אופן ההכנה: פותחים את הבצק על משטח עבודה (הבצק מגיע מרודד על נייר אפייה) מחלקים את הבצק ל-2 חלקים על חלק אחד מורחים רוטב פיצה, מפזרים גבינה ותוספות ומניחים מעל את החלק השני. בעזרת סכין או גלגלת חותכים לקוביות מברישים בביצה טרופה ובוזקים מעל שומשום בנדיבות. אופים בתנור שחומם מראש על 190 מעלות כ-25 דקות או הזהבה מגישים חם. בתאבון
